Former West Chester University wide receiver Dan DePalma saw action in the fourth quarter of the New York Giants's 20-17 loss to the Chicago Bears. And as expected, his versatility was showcased.
On punt coverage, he made a solo tackle of Dane Sanzenbacher. After the Giants defense held the Bears to a three-and-out, DePalma returned the ensuing punt four yards. Later in the quarter, he snared a 25 catch and, although he fumbled, recovered his own fumble which added eight yards to the play.
