Player News - John Dubyk Commits to WCU

John Dubyk (Pennridge) has committed to play football for the Golden Rams according to EasternPAFootball.com. The 6-2, 230lb, two-way player was #45 on the most recent Philadelphia Inquirer's Top 150 list and #9 on Rick O'Brien's 10 best area defensive ends list. In his senior season, he logged 48 solo tackles and 5.0 sacks, two catches for 52 yards, and averaged 36 yards per punt after registering 57 total tackles including 11.0 tackles for loss in his junior year. Dubyk was also his team's recipient of the Mini Maxwell Award. As a captain, he led the Rams (11-2) to a division championship and the PIAA AAAA District I playoffs.
