Bucks Fans, help us welcome Lex Rosario to Bismarck! He played collegiate football at West Chester University, where he appeared in every game & was a letter winner for 3 seasons. We have no doubt that he will dominate in the IFL as well. Welcome to the Bucks! pic.twitter.com/cNlubrVCBp
