Player News - Steven Denby III Coming to West Chester

Steven Denby III (Imhotep Charter) has signed a letter of intent to play football for West Chester. The 6-1, 220lb linebacker was captain of the team that finished the season 13-3. In the PIAA Class AA championship game, he logged 13 tackles and was named Imhotep's player of the game. Denby was selected defensive player of the year for a team that pitched five shutouts on the season and surrendered less than 13 points per game. Last year, he was named defensive player of the game when Imhotep won the Public League AA City Championship.
