Neuhaus played in 42 games over his four seasons as a Golden Ram. He made a total of 86 catches for 1,626 yards and 20 touchdowns. A team captain this past season, he always excelled as the season progressed. Over the final four games this past season, Neuhaus made 16 catches for 385 yards and three touchdowns. In the 2019 regular season finale against California, he had four catches for 60 yards and scored both of West Chester's touchdown to clinch a spot in the NCAA Division II playoffs. In the first-round loss at Notre Dame College the following week, he hauled in four passes for 107 yards and a score. Over the final four games of his freshman year, he made 12 catches for 233 yards and two touchdowns.
