- defensive end Andrew Cohen
- running back Brandon Monk
- free safety Brandon Pepper
To end the evening, he announced West Chester will open the 2015 season on Thursday night, September 3, in Farrell Stadium against the Lenoir-Rhyne Bears. It will give the Golden Rams an opportunity to avenge their 2013 NCAA Division II semi-final loss in Hickory, NC. This past season, the Bears finished the regular season 11-0 and received a first round bye in the playoffs, but, like the Golden Rams, failed to advance past the second round. Lenoir-Rhyne finished 2014 ranked #8 in the AFCA coaches' poll and #14 in the final D2Football.com poll while West Chester finished #15 and #20 respectively.
