Two former Golden Rams recently completed their professional playing seasons. Despite playing in just three games this season
for the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League, wide receiver Dan DePalma finished seventh on the team in receiving yardage. In those three games, DePalma made six catches for 161 yards - a 26.8 yards per catch average - and one touchdown. The Riders lost to the Edmonton Eskimos by a score of 18-10 in the first round of the Grey Cup playoffs.
Meanwhile, defensive end Sam Scott saw action in four games this season for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats. He registered seven tackles, including a sack, and two fumble recoveries. The Ticats got edged by the Calgary Stampeders by a score of 20-16 in the 102nd Grey Cup championship game.
