Player News - Monk Honored as PSAC East Co-Offensive Athlete of the Week

For his efforts in West Chester's 35-24 win at East Stroudsburg, junior running back Brandon Monk has been named PSAC Eastern Division Co-Offensive Athlete of the Week. Monk had 257 yards and two touchdowns rushing in the contest. He also hauled in one catch for another seven yards. Despite carrying the ball 36 times, Monk was not tackled for a loss in the entire game. His longest run was 33 yards and his average carry was 7.1 yards/rush. He also logged a kickoff return for 19 yards. Monk was also identified as one of Beyond Sports Network's running backs of the week and Bennett Rank's D2 Football Studs of the Week.
