West Chester football fans merely know Rich Bruno as the Golden Ram punter and kickoff guy. Not that that's a bad thing. West Chester's net punting average is number one in the PSAC and among the top ten in the country. Of his 28 punts thus far this season, only six have been returned for a total of 16 yards, five have gone for longer than 50 yards and seven have landed inside the opponents 20-yard line. But few know that Bruno is a great student and is afflicted with Tourette's syndrome. Philadelphia Daily News writer Mike Kern takes a look at the Council Rock South High School product.
