Player News - Cole Zapf Issues Verbal Via Twitter

Cole Zapf (Downingtown West) has issued a verbal commitment via Twitter to play football for the Golden Rams. After amassing over 1,000 all-purpose yards and 13.0 tackles for loss, he garnered first team all-conference honors as both an athlete on offense and at linebacker on defense. As a wrestler, last season in the 170lb weight class, Zapf won the District 1 Class AAA Central championship and finished fourth in the Southeast AAA Regional. The state qualifier is currently ranked third in District 1 in the 182lb weight class.
