Player News - McCartney leads 5 Golden Rams on 2014 ECAC All-Star Team

Senior quarterback Sean McCartney was named ECAC Co-Offensive Player of the Year and was one of five Golden Rams named to the 2014 Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) Division II Football All-Star Team. Joining him were fellow co-captains and seniors center Derek Schatz and cornerback Al-Hajj Shabazz. Additionally, junior tight end Tim Brown and junior defensive end Andrew Cohen were named. Shabazz is the only West Chester player to also have received the honor last year.

The ECAC will host the Annual Eastern College Football Awards Banquet featuring the ECAC Football Awards and Lambert Meadowlands Awards on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. The Banquet will honor teams and individuals for their on-field performances during the 2014 season.
