Teams News - Golden Rams Playoff Bound!!!!

For the first time since 2008, the West Chester Golden Rams will be participating in postseason play as the #3 seed when they host NE10 champion American International on Saturday at noon. The NCAA announced the 2013 Division II football playoff field and Super Region I shapes up as follows:

1. Shepherd
2. Bloomsburg
3. West Chester
4. Winston-Salem St
5. Slippery Rock
6. American International

Bloomsburg will have a bye and will host the winner of the West Chester-American International matchup on Saturday November 30. Shepherd will also have a first round bye and will host the winner of the Slippery Rock-Winston-Salem contest.

West Chester finished the regular season with a 10-1 record which is the most wins they've achieved since 2004.

The Golden Rams will take the field again this season in the playoffs!!!
