Player News - Sam Sykes Joining the Golden Rams

Sam Sykes (Central St/Cheltenham) will continue his academic and football careers at West Chester. In his junior season at Cheltenham, he was listed as a 5-8 175 linebacker when the Panthers won the District 1 Class 5A crown and advanced to the PIAA Class 5A championship game. After 2020 was lost due to the pandemic, Sykes spent 2021 with St Francis. In 2022 at Central St, he played in eight games, making 30 tackles while blocking a kick and making one interception. He expects to have three years of eligibility remaining.
