Player News - Mitch Ragni to Don Purple and Gold

Mitch Ragni (West Chester East) will continue his academic and football careers at West Chester University. As a junior, he amassed eight touchdowns and over 900 yards rushing in just eight games, after racking up 793 yards and ten touchdowns the prior season. Despite all the offensive accomplishments, it's expected the 6-0, 230lb football player will be at linebacker for the Golden Rams. Ragni was West Chester East's recipient of the Mini Maxwell Award which is based on on-field performance, academics and community service. He selected West Chester over FCS schools Albany, Georgetown, and Sacred Heart.
