Player News - 11 Golden Rams Named All-PSAC East

Eleven West Chester Golden Rams were named to the 2019 PSAC East first and second teams. Four members of the offense and five players from the defense were recognized by the conference's coaches, while two players were tabbed for special teams play. Six of the West Chester players receiving recognition are expected to return next season. In addition, senior safety Jarey Elder was named PSAC East Defensive Player of the Year and redshirt freshman running back Ja'Den McKenzie was named PSAC East Freshman of the Year.

Named to the first team defense were senior tackle Tyrone Barge, graduate student end Ch'aim Smith, freshman linebacker Jackson Taylor, and senior safety Jarey Elder. Named to the second team defense was junior tackle Omar Peterkin

Named to the first team offense was redshirt freshman running back Ja'Den McKenzie. Named to the second team offense were sophomore tackle Brendan Ruskowski, senior guard Frank Tranzilli, and senior center Shane Griffin.

Junior kicker Andrew Chegia and junior punter George Lambritsios were both named to the second team.
