Event News - Golden Rams Honored by ECAC

The 2014 Golden Ram football team was honored by the Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) at its annual awards banquet on February 19 in the Lexus Club Room at MetLife Stadium in the New Jersey Meadowlands.

The West Chester University Golden Rams were crowned ECAC Division II Team of the Year for the second consecutive year. Additionally, senior quarterback Sean McCartney was named the ECAC Co-Offensive Player of the Year. Also senior center Derek Schatz, senior cornerback Al-Hajj Shabazz, junior tight end Tim Brown and junior defensive end Andrew Cohen were all recognized as ECAC Division II First Team All-Stars.
