Player News - Shabazz, Williams Earn Preseason Accolades

Senior co-captains Al-Hajj Shabazz and Ronell Williams have been named to the 2014 D2Football.com Preseason All-America Team.

Last season, cornerback Shabazz had 53 total tackles and four interceptions, including a 76-yard touchdown return in the Super Region I championship game, while linebacker Williams led the Golden Rams in tackles with 110, while registering 9.5 tackles for loss, two interceptions, four quarterback hurries, and a fumble recovery.
