The Golden Ram Football Club will be meeting on Thursday at 7:45 pm at Timothy's in the Parkway Shopping Center in West Chester. The meeting will begin immediately following the Bill Zwaan Football Show which is also held at Timothy's starting at 7:00pm. Golden Ram fans unable to attend the show can listen to it live on WCHE1520AM.COM. The meeting will not be broadcast.
According to the Bill Zwaan Football Show facebook page, junior cornerback Al-Hajj Shabazz will be the special guest on Coach Zwaan's show. Last season, Shabazz was tenth on the team in tackles with 38, along with two tackles for loss, an interception and a forced fumble. Through four games this year, he has 16 total tackles, three interceptions and two pass breakups. In Saturday's win over Kutztown, Shabazz had two fourth quarter interceptions, the first of which led to a Golden Ram touchdown and the second that ended Kutztown's final possession with a minute left at the West Chester 19. His other interception this season came during the fourth quarter in the Gannon end zone.
